Work Order Description
This work order is for an agent to help a potential renter tour a home. Please show up a few minutes in advance to prepare.
Requirements
Please show up in advance of appointment to unlock the property, orient yourself and turn on any lights, open shades and adjust AC to improve the ambiance. Return the property as you found it when done.
You introduce yourself and your company. When you introduce yourself and your brokerage as this person could be a potential buyer some day but please make sure you mention that this showing is for RentSavvy.
GOALS:
1) Show the property well, but accurately
2) Answer any questions you can, and gauge whether or not this prospect will apply, and gather any outstanding questions or concerns
3) IMPORTANT: Make sure the prospect knows how to apply (they will receive a link invitation in a few minutes after the tour starts)
4) Leave feedback promptly.
5) Give your opinion on showing quality, whether or not there are repairs to be made or other critiques
